An old saying goes: When you have your health, you have everything. A recent survey conducted by the Society for Human Resource Management found that younger workers are adopting this maxim. The survey of more than 600 people found that benefits were more important to them than actual salary.

A Work in Progress
Since well before March of 2010 when it was passed into law, The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) has caused huge controversy with “shouting heads” on either side of the issue making their opinions known through the media. Now, in 2014, we are just beginning to see the growing effects of its implementation. The central aim of the ACA is to achieve a high rate of health insurance coverage for citizens and legal residents of the U.S., an admirable goal that few could argue with.
